Brian began his career as a civil engineer before discovering his passion for recruitment. Over the past two decades, he has had the opportunity to build teams across England, Japan, Singapore, and the U.S. From leading an $8M EBITDA region in the U.S. to helping launch recruiting offices as a founding member in Tokyo and Singapore, Brian has successfully scaled teams for his clients while developing agency-side staffing, direct hire, and executive recruitment teams.
Additionally, Brian is well-versed in recruitment technology from his time as a Client Solutions Director with Scout. Prior to launching Talent Caddies, he led executive recruiting strategies for venture capital and private equity-backed high-growth companies.
Scott is a dedicated talent partner with extensive experience in recruiting and relationship management. He specializes in connecting venture capital and private equity-backed high-growth startups with the professionals they need to scale and succeed. Additionally, he collaborates with local, regional, and global public accounting and professional services firms to build best-in-class teams.
Before founding Talent Caddies, Scott successfully managed complex end-to-end searches at a high-growth recruiting startup, developed a relationship management program from the ground up at a global investment management firm, and traded U.S. treasuries during a financial crisis. These experiences have equipped Scott with a unique perspective and a versatile skill set in recruiting, operations, and strategy.
