Before co-founding Talent Caddies, Scott managed complex searches at a high-growth recruiting startup and built relationship management programs at a global investment firm. That combination—recruiting execution plus strategic relationship-building—is what makes his approach work. He finds passive talent, builds long-term connections, and only makes introductions when the fit is genuine.
Scott brings an unusual background to recruiting: he traded U.S. Treasuries through the 2008 financial crisis. It taught him how to make decisions under pressure, read situations quickly, and stay calm when stakes are high—skills that translate directly to placing executives in fast-moving companies.
